SuCazza Studios (“SuCazza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a boutique real estate media and marketing studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide photography, videography, branding, digital marketing, and web development services to real estate professionals across the Greater Toronto Area.
We are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, website visitors, and anyone we work with, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Sean Mitchell is the designated Privacy Officer responsible for SuCazza’s compliance with this policy and all applicable privacy laws.

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you. This may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business information submitted via our contact form or booking system
- Property addresses and listing details provided in the course of service delivery
- Payment and billing information processed through our payment providers
- Communications you send to us by email, phone, or through our website
- Website usage data collected automatically via analytics tools (see Section 7)
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, social insurance numbers, or financial account credentials.

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

6. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted third parties solely to deliver our services, including:
- Google Workspace (Gmail) — email delivery for contact form submissions
- Notion — project and content management
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing, where you have subscribed
- Google Workspace — internal communication and file storage
All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. Some providers may process data outside Canada. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure equivalent privacy protections apply.
7. Analytics & Cookies
Our website uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages visited, general location, device type). This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to understand how our website is used and to improve it.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud storage.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to industry-standard practices.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Client project files are typically retained for a period of three years following project completion, after which they are securely deleted.
10. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw consent to our use of your personal information
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
